How to use the makeup highlight

• Set your base – Flash pan Highlighter Palette can be worn on bare skin or on top of foundation and/or powder. If wearing on bare skin make sure to first moisturize.

• Apply with a highlighter brush, blending sponge, or fingers and blend into cheeks, chin, or wherever you want to highlight.

• The versatility of the formula allows you to combine and layer shades to customize your highlight.

• After applying the highlighter, make sure to blend the edges in order to avoid harsh lines.
